This program works seamlessly with your new PetPage Mobile App and there is nothing you need to do because as a mobile app user you are automatically enrolled! You will notice the new feature on your mobile app when you log in. Use the mobile app to track and easily redeem your loyalty program rewards.

Follow these steps for a better pet-care experience:
1. From your phone, please use the links below to download the PetPage by AllyDVM mobile app from the Google Play or Apple store:
2. Opened the app and click the “sign up” button on the home page. Enter the email address on file at Sheridan Animal Hospital, Inc,, choose a password, and click the create account button.
3. Once you receive a confirmation email, use the link in that email to verify your account. (Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.)
